We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Please note that due to our products being sourced from vendors in China, shipping times may vary based on your location. Typically, our shipping times range between 10-30 business days. However, please note that these are estimated shipping times and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs delays or weather conditions.

2. Tracking Your Order

We provide a tracking number for all orders. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately after your order is shipped, as it may take a few days for the tracking number to become active. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.

3. Shipping Carriers

We work with a variety of shipping carriers to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and safe manner. Our shipping carriers include but are not limited to China Post, ePacket, and DHL.

4. Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. However, please note that some orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information on customs fees and import taxes.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not offer shipping to certain countries due to shipping restrictions or other reasons. If you are unable to place an order due to shipping restrictions, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

7. Shipping Issues

If you have any issues with your order, such as a lost or damaged package, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping issues that are outside of our control, such as customs delays or weather conditions.
